Daniel has developed a great team environment which flows onto the service and retention of the company’s clients.
Daniel is not only hands on when it comes to running the company but also has a larger corporate broking portfolio which he manages.

Marcia’s role is extensive and varied – from managing staff, Accounts, Compliance, Broking.
She has extensive knowledge of the transport industry and heads up the company’s tow truck scheme and associated business.

Based in our Cremorne office, she manages accounts, compliance administration, and office operations, helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Working closely alongside General Manager Marcia Humphries, Christina provides key operational and administrative support across the business. She is also a highly valued member of our specialised Tow Truck Insurance Scheme team, assisting with the ongoing management and success of this important area of the business.
Known for her warm, approachable nature and exceptional attention to detail, Christina is trusted by both clients and colleagues alike. Her dedication, experience, and commitment to supporting the team make her an invaluable part of Moran Insurance Brokers.
Amanda Harvey

Amanda joined Moran Insurance Brokers in 2016 and brings more than 20 years of specialised claims experience to the team.
As Claims Manager, Amanda leads our dedicated claims team, oversees our national claims portfolio, and manages the operations of our Millers Junction office. She also provides IT support across the business, ensuring both our team and clients are well supported.
Passionate about helping clients when they need it most, Amanda is committed to delivering outstanding service and ensuring every claim is managed with care, efficiency, and professionalism.

With over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, Caitlin has built her career at Moran Insurance Brokers, progressing through roles in reception, administration, claims support, and account management. Her broad industry knowledge spans a diverse range of clients, from individuals and small businesses to large commercial enterprises.
Today, Caitlin leads our Account Management team, oversees broking compliance operations, and works closely with Managing Director Daniel Moran in managing a diverse client portfolio.
Known for her strong values of trust, accountability, and reliability, Caitlin is passionate about supporting both clients and colleagues. Her customer-first approach and deep industry relationships help deliver tailored insurance solutions and exceptional service outcomes.
Darren Rogers
Business Development Manager

With more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Darren brings extensive expertise across underwriting and broking. He began his career as an Underwriter, spending seven years in the role before moving into broking, where he continued to build deep capability across all major insurance classes.
Darren specialises in supporting Property Owners, working closely with Commercial Property Managers and Agencies. His background also includes establishing and managing a national novated lease motor insurance fleet of more than 60,000 vehicles across Australia.
Outside of work, he enjoys camping and other outdoor activities, going for walks, spending time with his family, and tackling a wide range of handyman projects.
Daniel Routledge
Account Manager
Daniel began his insurance career after graduating from Swinburne University and has since built more than 10 years of industry experience. As an Account Manager, he works closely with property owners and local businesses, helping them understand their risks and secure insurance solutions tailored to their needs.
With expertise across SME Commercial insurance and experience managing a diverse portfolio of commercial, strata, and personal insurance clients, Daniel is committed to providing practical advice and building long-term relationships based on trust and reliability. He also has a particular interest in Cyber Liability and Financial Lines products and enjoys staying up to date with emerging risks and insurance trends.
Outside of work, Daniel is a passionate Liverpool FC supporter and enjoys keeping active at the gym, playing video games, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
Laura Wild
Account Manager
After graduating in the top 3% of her cohort at the University of Melbourne in 2024, Laura began with Moran Insurance Broker’s as a new recruit to the industry.
Initially taking on an administration role providing dedicated support to Daniel Moran and Caitlin Berger, her strong attention to detail and commitment to further educating herself for the benefit of our clients has seen her evolve into the Account Manager for our Domestic and Strata insurance policy portfolios.
Outside of the office, she spends her time moonlighting as a freelance writer, games narrative designer, and audio engineer.
Suzy Stewart
Marketing, Communications & HR Compliance
Suzy joined Moran Insurance Brokers in April 2025 and brings more than 15 years of experience across marketing, communications, events, business development, and customer engagement. Her diverse career spans higher education, small business ownership, fitness, and event management, providing her with a broad perspective on business growth, brand development, and stakeholder relationships.
At Moran Insurance Brokers, Suzy leads marketing and communications initiatives while supporting HR compliance, business operations, and strategic projects. Working closely with the leadership team, she helps drive business growth, strengthen the Moran brand, enhance the client experience, and support key business objectives.
Outside of work, Suzy enjoys health and fitness, travelling, and spending quality time with her young family.
Paige Lee
Claims Assistant
Born in Melbourne and raised in New Zealand, Paige brings extensive experience across banking, administration, and customer service roles. She spent more than 10 years with Australia’s Big Four banks before gaining experience in the fire services industry and a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Prior to joining Moran Insurance Brokers, Paige managed reception, administration, and daily banking for five years across three showrooms within a leading multi-brand automotive dealership.
Her diverse background, strong organisational skills, and commitment to exceptional service enable her to provide efficient support to both clients and colleagues across the business.
Outside of work, Paige enjoys camping, travelling, and spending time with her family.
Marijana Separovic
Reception & Claims Assistant
Marijana plays an important dual role at Moran Insurance Brokers, supporting both our reception and claims teams. As one of the first points of contact for clients, she is known for her friendly approach, professionalism, and commitment to delivering excellent service.
Working alongside Amanda in our claims department, Marijana assists clients through the claims process with empathy, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help achieve positive outcomes.
In addition to her role at Moran Insurance Brokers, Marijana owns and operates her own interior design business and has over 24 years of experience in the design industry. Her creativity, organisational skills, and keen eye for detail bring a unique perspective to everything she does.
Henry Goodsir
Administration
Originally from New Zealand, Henry recently moved to Melbourne after falling in love with the city during a 2025 visit. With over six years of experience in the insurance industry, he brings strong knowledge in General Insurance along with a commitment to accuracy, reliability, and excellent client service.
Henry has completed the Introduction to Financial Advice and the Essentials of Insurance Advice – General, achieving top grades in both. He is also progressing through the Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification to meet full RG146 compliance. Known for his organised and adaptable approach, Henry enjoys helping clients navigate their insurance needs with confidence.
Outside of work, you’ll find Henry watching sports, movies, and TV, or keeping active at the gym.
Tara Gibbon
Administration
Tara is one of the friendly faces you’ll meet at our Altona North office, providing reception support and assisting our brokers, account managers, and administration team across a range of client service and operational tasks. With approximately 18 years of experience in administration and receptionist roles, she brings a wealth of knowledge, organisation, and a calm, can-do attitude to everything she does.
Whether welcoming clients, supporting the team behind the scenes, or helping keep daily operations running smoothly, Tara is committed to ensuring every interaction with Moran Insurance Brokers is a positive one.
Outside of work, Tara is an avid video game enthusiast. Whether exploring new worlds or diving into competitive play, gaming is her favourite way to unwind and have fun.
Chloe Shephard
Reception & Administration
Chloe joined Moran Insurance Brokers with a strong background in customer service, bringing experience across a variety of fast-paced industries including hospitality, food service, and premium dining.
As a valued member of our Administration team, Chloe provides day-to-day support across the business, helping ensure clients receive prompt and efficient service. She also plays an important role in our specialised Tow Truck Insurance Scheme, working closely with Christina and the team to support clients and assist with the smooth management of the scheme.
Known for her positive attitude, organisation, and proactive approach, Chloe is always willing to go the extra mile to support both clients and colleagues.
Outside of work, Chloe enjoys reading, hiking, travelling, and watching a good film.
