Daniel has been in the industry for over 20 years and the managing director of Moran Insurance brokers since 2011. Daniel has developed a great team environment which flows onto the service and retention of the company’s clients. Daniel is not only hands on when it comes to running the company but also has a larger corporate broking portfolio which he manages.

General Manager

Marcia’s role is extensive and varied – from managing staff, Accounts, Compliance, Broking. She has extensive knowledge of the transport industry and heads up the company’s tow truck scheme and associated business.

Amanda Harvey

Millers Junction Office Manager and Claims Manager

Amanda joined Moran Insurance Brokers in 2016 bringing with her 11 years of extensive knowledge of claims handling. Amanda’s role now involves managing the Millers Junction Office, managing the claims portfolio and all IT queries and issues across Moran and our Authorised Representatives.

Daniel Routledge

Account Manager

Daniel began his career in the insurance industry straight after graduating from Swinburne University and has since built over 9 years of experience across a wide range of Insurance Sectors. His expertise spans Financial Lines, SME Commercial, Owners Corporation, Rural and Personal Insurance, giving him a well-rounded understanding of risk and client needs. As an Account Manager, Daniel is committed to delivering tailored insurance solutions and building long-lasting relationships based on trust and reliability.

Outside of work, Daniel is a passionate Liverpool FC supporter and enjoys spending his downtime playing video games and experimenting in the kitchen. Whether it’s trying out a new recipe or diving into a good game, he values creativity and relaxation in his personal life.

Christina Buckler

Cremorne Office Manager and Account Manager

Christina has been an integral part of Moran Insurance Brokers since 2007. She manages the Cremorne office and oversees accounts and compliance operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Christina also provides key administrative and strategic support to General Manager, Marcia Humphries, contributing to the continued success of our team.

Outside work, Christina loves spending time with family and friends.

Marijana Separovic

Claims Assistant

Marijana is a key part of our claims team, working alongside Amanda to assist with all types of insurance claims. With 3 years of experience in the role, she brings strong attention to detail, empathy, and a commitment to supporting clients through the claims process.

In addition to her work in insurance, Marijana also runs her own interior design business and has been part of the design industry for over 24 years. Her creativity, eye for detail, and passion for beautiful spaces bring a unique perspective to everything she does.

Caitlin Berger

Account Manager

Caitlin began her insurance career over a decade ago as a trainee at Moran Insurance Brokers. Since then, she has steadily advanced through roles in reception, administration, claims assistance, and account management. Her broad experience spans a wide range of product lines, including domestic, owners corporation, SME, corporate, and financial lines—giving her a comprehensive understanding of the industry and our offerings.

Having a strong customer focus she uses this knowledge and her long-standing relationships with our underwriters to leave no stone unturned to find solutions for our clients.

Today, she works closely with Managing Director, Daniel Moran, supporting his portfolio of larger corporate broking clients.

Jacqui Walford

Administration

Jacqui joined Moran Insurance Brokers in 2024 as a member of the administration team. Coming from outside the insurance industry, she has embraced the opportunity to learn and grow in a new professional environment.

With a strong commitment to development and a positive attitude, Jacqui is enjoying the challenge of expanding her skills and contributing to a team that values support, growth, and exceptional service.

Outside the office, Jacqui enjoys spending quality time with family, exploring new recipes, discovering great food and wine, and seeking out a bit of adventure-whether it’s a weekend getaway or trying something new.

Laura Wild

Administration

Laura is a recent graduate of the University of Melbourne and a new recruit to the insurance industry. In her role at Moran Insurance Brokers, she provides dedicated administrative support to Daniel Moran and Caitlin Berger. Her strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence make her a valuable addition to the team.

Outside of the office, she spends her time moonlighting as a freelance writer, games narrative designer, and audio editor.

Tara Gibbon

Altona North Front Office Administrator

Tara is the friendly face that welcomes you to our Altona North office. With approximately 18 years of experience in administration and receptionist roles, she brings a wealth of knowledge, organisation, and a calm, can-do attitude to the team. Tara plays a key role in keeping the office running smoothly and ensuring every client interaction is a positive one.

Outside of work, Tara is an avid video game enthusiast. Whether it’s exploring new worlds or diving into competitive play, gaming is her go-to way to unwind and have fun.

Hannah Villante

Administration

Hannah joined the Moran team in February 2024 as a trainee in Administration. After completing her Certificate III in Business, she transitioned into a permanent Administration role. She plays a key role in supporting the Allianz Tow Truck Scheme, managing New Business applications, Renewals, Endorsements, Payments, and day-to-day client queries.

Hannah is focused on building strong relationships with clients and brokers and approaches her work with energy and a genuine commitment to providing exceptional service.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her family and friends, seeing live music, and knitting from vintage patterns.

Chloe recently joined Moran, bringing over five years of diverse customer service experience—from fast food and local pubs to two-hatted restaurants. Thriving in fast-paced environments, she’s now a valuable part of our Administration team, where her organisation and forward-thinking approach help her stay one step ahead of your needs.

Marketing and Communications

Suzy brings over 12 years of experience in Marketing and Communications, having previously worked at Monash University, where she specialized in event management and strategic marketing. Now a part-time member of the team at Moran Insurance Brokers, Suzy leverages her expertise to help grow the company’s client base and enhance its brand presence.

Beyond her professional commitments, Suzy is passionate about fitness and health. She runs her own fitness business and is a dedicated reformer Pilates instructor, helping others achieve their wellness goals.
